| SURCHARGES
Federal Universal Service Fund
The Company will assess a federal Universal Service Fund (USF) surcharge
on the total monthly billing to all Customers that are end-users of the
Company�s services provided pursuant to this price list.
The federal USF surcharge is expressed as a percentage of the interstate
portion of the total monthly bill. This amount is intended to pass-through
to the Customer the costs to the Company of contributing to this program.
The Company reserves the right to waive pass-through of the federal
USF surcharge to its Customers at the Company�s discretion.
