800 SERVICES
4.4.1 The Company 800 Service is an inbound service originating on feature
group facilities provided by the Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) and terminating
on a regular business line, residential line, or a Special Access Line
(SAL). This service enables the Customer to receive 800 service calls at
their residence or place of business. 800 calls are billed in one (1) minute
increments and are rounded to the next higher full minute. All 800 calls
are billed at a single flat rate per minute regardless of time of day or
jurisdiction. 800 calls can originate from every city within the U.S. Mainland,
including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U. S. Virgin Islands. Calling
rates from Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands will be higher.
4.4.2 Usage Charges - The charges for 800 Services will be the usage
rates and feature charges appearing in Section 6.4.
4.4.3 The Company reserves the right to require an applicant for the
Company 800 Service to supply the following information when requesting
service: an initial traffic forecast, identification of anticipated busy
hour, identification of its geographical marketing target areas, and a
schedule of marketing and promotional activities. The Company may also
require that a new traffic forecast be submitted by the Customer quarterly
after service is initiated.
